Click Fashion Lab is a fashion segment of the Mikser Festival staged by the Click Fashion Studio, the organizer of Belgrade Fashion Week.

This specific fashion laboratory is aimed at popularizing fashion design as an important segment of the applied arts in an attractive and unique manner. Click Lab consists of three segments:

The Fashion Parade is actually a fashion show which will gather the most distinguished Serbian independent fashion designers and a group of alternative young designers. The Parade represents an overview of what our market has to offer in the field of fashion design from the workshops of our important fashion designers, gathered around the Belgrade Design District concept, and the designers that are part of the alternative scene, less known to the broader public. The show will be held on the stairs under Branko’s Bridge where some 20 designers will present several designs and thus familiarize us with a specific Belgrade school of fashion design.  The Guerrilla Fashion Act integrates design and fashion in an interactive act through artistic forms, exhibitions and workshops in which the audiences play an active part. This guerrilla-like approach to the promotion of fashion design is an expression of a specific protest and the desire of fashion professionals that fashion be treated more as art and less as show business. The first segment of this program gathers fashion designers that will conceptualize small exhibitions, installations, video works, etc. The second segment of the project is interactive workshops – the first includes participants in the Old Crafts for a New Era project, whose objective is not only to preserve old textile techniques, but also revive them through a mix of traditional crafts and contemporary design. Interactive fine art – fashion workshops will also be staged for children and will be organized and conducted by professionals in the domain of fashion and fine arts. The third segment of the Guerrilla Fashion Act includes interesting topical presentations of student works of several Belgrade fashion academies. For five years now, the FAAR Fashion and Art Magazine has popularized in a special, artistic manner, fashion design and trends in photography, graphic design and art. Granting full liberty to its collaborators, both recognized and young, new artists, it has become an unavoidable testing ground for a proper promotion of domestic fashion professionals. At this year’s Mikser Festival, the tenth annual issue will be promoted, along with a new section entitled Young Blood, aimed at gathering and promoting new, still unaffirmed, but interesting and gifted photographers. Within this program, an exhibition of the best works by the selected authors who applied for the Young Blood competition, will be staged. The exhibition will be held at a new club – KRUG in Braće Krsmanović Street.
